1. Who operates this site
Crown & Lantern Studios operates this website and publishes the Crown & Lantern product line. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Crown & Lantern Studios.
2. Acceptance
By accessing the site, joining a mailing list, or purchasing a product after checkout is enabled, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from the legal center. Do not use the site if you do not agree.
3. Digital products
Products may include PDFs, images, maps, tokens, audio, VTT files, print aids, and related digital materials. Product pages will identify the included formats and intended use. Digital products are licensed, not sold as intellectual property.
4. Orders, pricing, and delivery
Prices, taxes, payment processing, and delivery will be handled through the checkout provider identified when sales open. An order is complete only after payment is accepted. Keep the receipt and download information supplied by that provider.
5. Product license
Every purchase is governed by the Digital Product License. You may not resell, publicly redistribute, upload for unrestricted access, or falsely claim ownership of Crown & Lantern Studios material.
6. Refunds
Digital purchases are subject to the Refund Policy. Refund eligibility is limited because downloadable files cannot be returned in the same manner as physical goods.
7. Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the site, bypass access controls, scrape protected product files, upload malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the site for unlawful activity.
8. Intellectual property
The site design and original Crown & Lantern Studios content are protected by copyright and other applicable rights. Third-party licensed material remains subject to its own license and attribution requirements.

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Crown & Lantern Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or digital products. Any direct liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

The final governing-law, dispute-resolution, and formal business-contact provisions will be added before paid checkout is enabled.
